My name is Megan Fulmer. I was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I moved to Austin, Texas in 1996 where I attended Covington Middle School and Austin High School.I graduated with honors from Texas State University in May 2007 with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. In August of 2008 I graduated with my Masters of Education from Texas State University. This is my tenth year teaching, and my fourth year at Baldwin. I am married to my amazing high school sweetheart, Nathan and we have two boys, Ethan and Dylan as well as two dogs, Tanner and Maizy. Megan Fulmer
My name is Erin Seitz Hash. I was born in San Antonio, but I have lived in Austin most of my life. I attended Bowie High School and then graduated from Texas State with a Bachelor’s degree in Education in December of 2007. I taught my first two years of Kindergarten at Oak Hill Elementary. I was excited to transfer to Baldwin when it opened in 2010. This is my 9th year teaching the grade that I love, Kindergarten. I recently got married to my amazing husband Cody in March 2015. We enjoy going on road trips during the summer and we love to camp and hike. We also enjoy Austin’s music scene. I am looking forward to another great year here at Baldwin Elementary. Dacey Long
My name is Dacey Long and I am originally from San Angelo, Texas where I graduated from Angelo State University. My husband, Greg, and I have lived in Austin since 2000. We have one son, Lucas, who is currently a 4th grader at Baldwin. Go Bobcats! In 2007, I became a National Board Certified Teacher and went through the recertification process during the 2015-2016 school year. This will be my 19th year teaching and I look forward to many more years educating young learners. Here is a link to my classroom website.
Ashley Ryan
My name is Ashley Ryan, I was born and raised in Lake Jackson, Texas. I moved to Austin in 2008 after being offered a job with Austin ISD. My husband Josh and I married in September 2011, and we have a 2year old daughter that attends pre-school at the daycare at Baldwin. This will be my 10th year teaching and my 5th year at Baldwin. In May of 2005, I graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Communications and Public Relations from Stephen F. Austin State University. In Decemeber 2006, I decided to pursue a career in teaching because I wanted to contribute more to my community, and I had fallen in love with teaching after being a substitute. June Porras
My name is June Porras. I was born and raised in Philadelphia and have had the pleasure of calling several places home. I lived in Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, and Mexico City for many years before settling in Austin. I attended St. Edward’s University where I received my degree in Spanish and later attained my teacher’s certification though Region 13’s rigorous teacher’s certification program. My husband and I raised two successful sons and have a grandchild who just turned 3. Baldwin, look out! I have a passion for travel and have visited many incredible countries on four continents. I’ve been teaching kindergarten and 1st grade going on my 22nd year. Every new year brings challenges and excitement and I look forward to sharing this important time in your child’s life.
